On Management Strategies of Junior High School Head Teachers ——Building Souls with Virtue and Managing with Emotion

Abstract: Against the backdrop of the new Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education (2022 Edition) and the current educational policies emphasizing “fostering virtue through education”, junior high school head teachers, as the core organizers of class education and management, bear the dual responsibility of cultivating students’ moral character and building a harmonious class ecosystem. This paper focuses on the management strategy of “building souls with virtue and managing with emotion” for junior high school head teachers. It systematically expounds how to integrate moral education into daily management, how to implement emotional management to promote students’ all - round development, and how to respond to the requirements of the new era educational policies. Through theoretical analysis and practical exploration, it aims to provide feasible paths for improving the effectiveness of junior high school class management and realizing the fundamental task of “fostering virtue through education”.
