Abstract: Global supply chains are undergoing profound restructuring. Against this backdrop, the industrial chain synergy among China, Japan, and South Korea is crucial to the construction of the Northeast Asian Economic Community. This paper deeply analyzes the driving factors behind global supply chain restructuring, expounds on the current status, complementarity, challenges, and opportunities of the industrial chains in China, Japan, and South Korea. The research shows that the industrial structures of the three countries are complementary, but they are constrained by factors such as trade barriers and geopolitics. Global supply chain restructuring brings opportunities such as industrial upgrading and regional cooperation. By strengthening policy coordination and deepening industrial cooperation, the level of industrial chain synergy can be enhanced, which will help promote the construction of the Northeast Asian Economic Community and strengthen regional economic competitiveness.
