Abstract: Drawing on the International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions (IFLA) Strategic Framework, this study develops a “Five-in-One” collaborative framework for cultivating academic librarians in the digital intelligence era. The framework integrates five dimensions: technological application competence, data literacy, collaborative communication skills, capacity for innovation and transformation, and professional ethos. Combining theoretical analysis with practical cases from Sichuan University Library, the paper outlines key implementation pathways, including a tiered cultivation mechanism, digital intelligence ethics education, a dual-track communication model, an innovation-driven incentive system, and a sustainable learning platform. The findings indicate that this framework fosters the synergistic development of librarians’ professional competences and professional ethos, offering both theoretical insights and practical guidance for advancing the professional development of academic library staff.
