The Development Trend of Intelligent Control Technology for Air Conditioning System Heat Pumps

Abstract: This study focuses on the development direction of Model Predictive Control (MPC), multi-objective optimization algorithms, digital twin technology, and data-driven and physical model fusion methods. Through a combination of theoretical modeling, numerical simulation, and experimental verification, it explores their potential applications in dynamic condition adaptation, energy efficiency improvement, and reliability optimization. The research results show that the rolling optimization strategy based on MPC can achieve an energy efficiency improvement of 12% to 18%, and the multi-objective optimization algorithm can reduce operating costs by more than 20%; Digital twin technology can shorten the response time of system fault diagnosis to 5 seconds through real-time data mapping. This article verifies the technical advantages of intelligent control technology in complex scenarios by establishing a dynamic heat transfer model and optimization control framework for heat pumps, providing theoretical support for future research directions.
