Abstract: This paper analyzes the current application of smart property management in community-based home care for the elderly, identifying core challenges such as inconsistent technical standards, limited acceptance among the elderly, and insufficient funding for renovations. Based on this, strategies are proposed to address these challenges, including building a unified service platform, improving age-friendly facilities, and establishing a diversified service system. Analysis shows that smart property management can significantly improve the quality and efficiency of elderly care services, effectively reducing the economic burden on families and the pressure on social resources.
