Research on the Application of Intelligent Three-Dimensional Warehousing in the Backend Full-Line System of New Energy Lithium Batteries

Abstract: In the large-scale development of the new energy lithium battery industry, the backend integrated warehousing and logistics system is directly related to production efficiency, product quality, and operational safety. With the support of automated equipment, intelligent scheduling systems, and IoT technology, intelligent automated warehouses can achieve high-density storage, automated material flow, and digitalized management, aligning closely with the process characteristics and operational standards of lithium battery backend production lines. This paper starts from the production process of lithium battery backend lines, systematically examines their system composition and technical features, analyzes their core application requirements in the intelligent upgrading of lithium battery backend production lines, and conducts an application analysis focusing on five aspects: cell storage, logistics distribution, data traceability, energy efficiency management, and safety management. It reveals the application value of these systems in the intelligent upgrading of lithium battery backend production lines, providing technical insights and practical guidance for industrial planning and implementation.
