Topological Calculus of Civilization Based on Chronological Inverse Mapping and Potential Field Evolution: A Mathematical Deduction of Chinese Character Morphological Continuity and Civilizational Isomorphism

Siyuan Chen

Abstract: Given the chronology of its development, topological changes, mathematical modelling, alterations in cognitive structure, changes in geographical distribution, etc., this paper puts forward an interdisciplinary theoretical system for the study of Chinese civilization. According to the chronological development of Chinese characters and literary inheritance, this framework believes that historical development is an ongoing and irreversible process, and thus explores the connection among character morphology, the order of civilisation, cognitive evolution and educational cultivation. It has several related models, such as the 133-Module System, the Mathematical Information Wavegraph (MIW) Higher-Order Smart Pedagogy System, the Order-Matched Mental Palace and the Wordless New Method. The framework has been extended to cover the geographical distribution of the Yellow River and Yangtze River basins, and the complementary functions of these two rivers in the dual-river geographical area that have supported the continuous development of Chinese civilization have also been studied. Considering all the above factors, such as history, language, mathematics, cognition, education and geography, this paper will present a complete system for describing the inheritance, changes and transmission of Chinese civilization and its symbolic system.

Keywords: Chinese civilization, Chinese characters, historical evolution, topological transformation, cognitive development, education
