Abstract: Driven by 5G technology, mobile short-video platforms have transformed from entertainment tools into multifunctional infrastructures for tourism information interaction and dissemination. This innovation exponentially enhances communication efficiency and visualizes scenic features via immersive scenarios, thus optimizing tourism information retrieval. Based on the S-O-R framework, research indicates that the key mechanism for users' tourism decision-making involves psychological effects from short-video content characteristics, specifically flow experience (emotional immersion) and perceived fit (value alignment), which form the core for decision conversion. This study examines the specific impact pathways between tourism short-video content features, user psychological responses, and tourism decision-making behaviors.
