Application of artificial intelligence-assisted ultrasound technology in the diagnosis and treatment of breast tumors

Abstract: The accurate diagnosis and treatment of breast tumors is very important to improve the prognosis of patients. In recent years, Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology has been introduced into ultrasound image analysis, showing great potential. AI system can automatically identify and quantify breast imaging features, significantly improve diagnostic accuracy, reduce operator dependence, and provide more objective evaluation results. In addition, AI-assisted ultrasound technology can be applied to predict cancer metastasis and evaluate therapeutic effect in combination with clinical needs, promoting the realization of precision medicine. This article reviews the development status of artificial intelligence-assisted ultrasound imaging technology and its application in the precise diagnosis and individualized diagnosis and treatment of breast tumors, and points out the development trends and future challenges.
