Research Progress on the Effects of Physical Therapy in Post-Stroke Dysphagia Rehabilitation

Abstract: Dysphagia is one of the main complications of stroke patients.Long-term dysphagia patients can cause aspiration pneumonia,electrolyte disturbance,malnutrition,dehydration,asphyxia and other serious complications.Therefore,early rehabilitation of swallowing function is very important for stroke patients.Based on the summary of the literature on the rehabilitation treatment of swallowing dysfunction after stroke at home and abroad in recent years,this paper briefly describes the methods and progress of electrical stimulation,oropharyngeal sensory stimulation and intramural adhesive for the rehabilitation of patients with swallowing disorder,aiming to provide theoretical reference for future clinical nursing research.
