Risk prevention and benefit evaluation of cross-border healthcare cooperation projects from an audit perspective

Abstract: Cross border healthcare cooperation projects have rapidly developed in the wave of globalization, becoming an important carrier for integrating international healthcare resources. This article analyzes the core risk types of projects from an audit perspective, clarifies the key nodes of audit intervention, and constructs a multi-level risk prevention and control mechanism and a comprehensive benefit evaluation system. The study combines the characteristics of the cross-border healthcare industry and analyzes the application path of auditing in specific scenarios, aiming to provide solutions for improving the standardization and efficiency of cooperation, and to provide practical and theoretical support for the sustainable development of international healthcare cooperation.
