Research on a Refined Management Model for University Laboratories Based on WSR Systems Theory

Abstract: Laboratories serve as fundamental venues for practical teaching activities and scientific research in higher education institutions, with their management standards reflecting the quality of institutional education. By analyzing the applicability of the WSR systems theory, this study constructs a refined laboratory management model encompassing resource management, quality control, talent utilization, and collaborative innovation. This model provides a long-term management paradigm for standardizing laboratory operations in universities, aiming to enhance safety risk prevention capabilities and improve overall laboratory management efficiency.
