Abstract: Addressing the limitations of traditional ground-based inspection methods—including extensive blind spots, low efficiency, high labor costs, and poor adaptability in hazardous environments—this paper proposes a control system for an integrated space-air-ground smart inspection vehicle (Blue Ocean Unmanned Vehicle). Centered around a onboard core control unit, the system integrates multi-dimensional sensing devices such as airborne drones, space-based BeiDou satellite positioning systems, and ground-mounted sensors. It establishes a vehicle-grade chassis architecture that combines hardware control with software algorithms, enabling integrated capabilities for perception data fusion, autonomous navigation, remote scheduling, and data processing. Through comprehensive scenario testing, the system demonstrates suitability for specialized inspection tasks including power infrastructure maintenance, industrial park security, emergency response, and material distribution. It exhibits stable space-air-ground collaborative response, achieves satisfactory coverage rates for autonomous inspections, and delivers high environmental recognition accuracy, providing a robust technical solution for the engineering implementation of specialized smart inspection equipment.
