Influence of Fascia Impact on the Recovery of Explosive Force of High-level Athletes Based on Fine Regulation Strategy

Abstract: Fascial Manipulation, FM), as a new therapeutic method, shows potential application value in the explosive recovery of high-level athletes. During the long-term intensive training and competition, the fascia system of high-level athletes may be dysfunctional due to overuse or injury, which will further affect the contraction efficiency and explosive performance of muscles. Therefore, the fascia impact based on the refined control strategy has important theoretical and practical significance for optimizing the athletes’ explosive recovery. Fine-regulated fascia impact can significantly improve the recovery efficiency of explosive power of high-level athletes by optimizing the elastic energy storage of myofascial chain, inhibiting nerve sensitization and accelerating metabolic clearance. This study provides a safe and efficient precise intervention scheme for the recovery of competitive sports. It is suggested that dynamic stretching and strength training should be combined in the training cycle to form a closed-loop recovery system of “impact-activation-reinforcement”.
